TeleHealing Terms and Consent
Please read the following before registering for TeleHealing. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
1. TeleHealing Disclaimer
TeleHealing is a complementary wellbeing program offered by the World Institute for Incurable Diseases (WIID). It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric care, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. TeleHealing is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Please continue any treatment, medication or care you are currently receiving, and do not stop or change it without speaking to your doctor. Experiences and results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is promised. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. TeleHealing sessions are not an emergency service. By registering, you confirm that you take part voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own health decisions.
2. Session Recording
All TeleHealing sessions are recorded. Recordings are shared only with participants registered for that level, and are available until the next session of that level. If your camera is on or you speak during the session, your image, name and voice may appear in the recording. You may keep your camera off and rename yourself on Zoom if you prefer. Recordings are for your personal use only. Please do not download, copy, share or publish them.
3. Data Privacy Consent
To register you and support you during TeleHealing, WIID collects your name, contact details, date of birth, country of residence, package and payment details, and the information you share in your intake form, which may include health information. We use this information only to manage your registration and payment, send you session details and recordings, prepare for your sessions, and keep records of your package. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; WIID does not store your card details. Your information is stored securely, is seen only by the WIID team members who need it, and is never sold. We keep it only as long as needed for these purposes and our record-keeping obligations. You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to register@masterdelpe.com. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide TeleHealing to you.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your TeleHealing package at any time by completing our Cancellation Request Form.
Refunds
A refund is available if you cancel before your second session and within 60 days of your payment. Both conditions must be met. The refund excludes the value of any session already held, including sessions you did not attend live, since the recording is made available to you. The value of a session is your package price divided by the number of sessions in your package.
Credits
If you cancel outside the refund window, you will receive a credit for your remaining sessions, which you can use toward a future TeleHealing session or package. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
Missed Sessions
A missed session still counts as part of your package, as the recording is available to you until the next session of your level. If you know in advance that you will miss a session, write to register@masterdelpe.com before that session and we can move it to a later month.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Our team will review your request and reply by email.
